I was born and raised in rural Lower Saxony. After spending time in Bavaria, Brazil, Bolivia and Cuba, I lived in Berlin for many years. But a true northerner eventually returns home: I have been living in Lüneburg since 2023, am often in Hamburg for work and private reasons, and really enjoy feeling the stiff breeze on my face again. 

The joy of working with people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds remains. That's why my work focuses on the international arena: with my multilingual services, I support internationally positioned teams, foreign specialists and leaders, expats as well as international couples. 

I have always been interested in the nature of interpersonal relationships and the personal development of each individual. In particular, I am fascinated by how closely the body and mind are connected and how they interact. I practice yoga and meditation, dance exuberantly and often, and continuously educate myself on topics related to personal and professional development – through training courses, intervision groups, professional supervision and specialist literature.

For ten years, I have been accompanying people in various phases of their lives. 

In times of reflection and coming together, I accompany teams through team development and team coaching to recognise and utilise the full potential of the team, define goals, develop strategies and work together more effectively. In corporate training sessions, I teach communication and conflict management skills as well as intercultural competence to employees. When a conflict seems impossible to resolve internally, I provide mediation support to help find solutions.

In times of searching, I support people in a 1:1 setting through career coaching and life coaching to find clarity, develop their potential, activate their own resources and thus strengthen their path. Similar coaching services are aimed at company employees, through executive coaching and specialist coaching.

In times of great joy, I accompany couples as a wedding speaker on their way to their individual independent wedding ceremony. In difficult phases of the relationship, I provide support with couples coaching or mediation.

In times of grief, as a funeral speaker, I help to organise a fitting funeral ceremony to say goodbye to a loved one and I write a very personal eulogy.
