Foreign professionals have to find their feet in a new environment with unfamiliar behaviour and communication patterns. My multilingual services in English, Portuguese and Spanish make it easier for foreign professionals to express themselves in coaching sessions. German professionals who are sent abroad work more effectively when they receive coaching support before, during and after their stay abroad. 

In the coaching sessions, professionals find answers to their questions and define concrete next steps. For me, the insights gained from the coaching sessions and their transfer are inseparable. The practical and sustainable implementation of what has been learned in everyday working life is an important part of my coaching approach. 

Coaching can take place at the company itself, in my consulting room in Lüneburg's old town or online.
