Training courses for companies

Training courses for effective communication
in German, English, Portuguese and Spanish

The way in which work teams communicate determines both the efficiency and effectiveness of their collaboration and the quality of their interactions. The way in which companies communicate with their customers has a direct impact on their success. The costs incurred by companies as a result of internal conflicts escalating that could have been resolved long ago are often underestimated. Misunderstandings can easily arise, especially if your team is international or you operate in an international context.

The good news is that everyone can learn to communicate clearly, constructively and on an equal footing. For example, in my training courses on communication, intercultural competence and conflict management.

I work multilingually in German, English, Portuguese and Spanish and provide training in the language or language combination that meets the requirements of your working environment.
