Career coaching helps you become aware of your potential, define your goals and find out which next career step is best for you.

Other topics for career coaching can include: stress and overload, a smouldering conflict with a colleague, employee or supervisor, recurring problems or the big question about meaning. You are not alone; many people go to work with mixed feelings.

If you are only making limited progress with your own thoughts and in conversations with trusted friends and relatives, professional coaching can provide you with the support you need. In coaching sessions, you will find answers to your questions and define concrete next steps.

Career coaching can be booked in German, English, Portuguese or Spanish. I am happy to accompany you in the language or language combination in which you feel most comfortable. 

We meet for coaching in my consulting room in Lüneburg's old town or online.
