What stands in the way of truly good collaboration, in which every team member can develop their potential – and how can we solve this?
As a certified systemic team coach, I am primarily available to international teams. I work multilingually (German, English, Portuguese, Spanish) and with intercultural sensitivity (many years of experience abroad and training as a certified intercultural trainer).
Team development is a dynamic and continuous process. In professionally moderated team workshops, we work out what is currently needed to work together constructively, effectively and efficiently. Give yourself and your team this space.

As a certified systemic team coach and team developer, I accompany you and your team on your journey.
To do this, we take the following steps:
Clarification of the assignment: We take the time to discuss what the issue is, what the goals of the team development process are and how I can support you in this.
Preparation process: I work out the first team workshop and possible further team development measures in close consultation with you.
Team workshop(s): I accompany you and your team in identifying everything that is currently important for the topic and developing the appropriate solutions.
Follow-up: After the workshop, we arrange a follow-up call to reflect on the results of the workshop and discuss the next steps.
