Are you taking on leadership responsibility for the first time, perhaps even from within your own team? Are you involved in a conflict and want to find a constructive way to deal with it? Or have you been a manager for several years and want to reflect on your role and develop further in key areas?
My leadership coaching is aimed at both aspiring and experienced managers. For me, the insights gained from the coaching sessions and their transfer are inseparable. The practical and sustainable implementation of what has been learned in everyday working life is an important part of my coaching approach.
My multilingual services in English, Portuguese and Spanish make it easier for managers whose native language is not German to express themselves in coaching sessions.
Coaching can take place at the company itself, in my consulting room in Lüneburg's old town or online.
If you are interested in coaching, the first step is a non-binding preliminary telephone conversation (up to 30 minutes). Afterwards, we take our time to decide whether and when to start the coaching process.
