As a certified systemic team coach, personal and business coach, I accompany teams and individuals on their path to real change. What is it that makes a noticeable difference? What changes in oneself and in the dynamics with others might be needed? What might the path there look like? I support you in finding the right answers.
As a certified intercultural trainer, I support companies in preparing teams to work effectively in international contexts. I offer training in intercultural competence, communication and conflict management.
As a certified mediator, I offer a safe space for conflict resolution. Being heard, breaking out of the conflict spiral and reaching the best possible agreements – mediation in the form of well-structured and professionally moderated discussions can be helpful in achieving this.
